The successful candidate will provide overall oversight of HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment and talent management. They must hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology, with 3–7 years of relevant experience, including at least three years in a senior management role. The candidate should have proven expertise in workforce planning, recruitment, and selection, with solid knowledge of labor law, strategic HR planning, and performance management. Membership in a recognized professional HR body is an advantage, along with strong initiative, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
